It's April 1st, and today marks the change in my routine to beat CFS.

This site is dedicated to my journey to heal from what began two years ago after a parasite infection in Mexico. From what's been diagnosed as 'chronic fatigue syndrome' (CFS), brain fog, a dissociation with my reality and feeling alive. From perpetually waking up in the morning and feeling like I haven't slept. From a dysbiosis in my gut that causes bloating and pain every time I eat. From an autoimmune response that causes systemic achiness. From a chronic hangover.

I finally feel like I'm heading in the right direction, and this quarantine time is a blessing in disguise to allow me to isolate factors and be scientifically consistent. This first post is an experiment at how I can do that.

How should I split up all the life factors on my path towards healing?
